For our HR OT FSS (Functional Shared Service) in Beijing, we are looking for HR Specialist (Senior).
Area of Responsibilities:
? Be the owner of Equity related issues handling by country level (Essential)
? Equity investment and tax data reconciliation overall control and cross function
Coordination (Essential)
? Diverse interfaces communication, such as HR FSS, HR BP, HR advisor and GET/LET(Global/Local Expert Team), AskHR team, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administrator(BA), employee, etc (Essential)
? Be the product expert of Equity related process optimization and development (Optional)
? Other duties as required
Service Scope:
? Be responsible for 20 thousand employees in around 40 Joint Venture/Operating Company (JV/OC). The actual number of JV/OC depends on yearly Equity programs opt-in companies.
Main Tasks:
? Share plans (incl. share matching, stock award, profit sharing etc) local administration and management
? Share purchase or oversea cost transfer management, monthly reconciliation with Accounting
? Cooperate with global share team, GET and LET
? Global Equity Admin Team and Local Bank coordination and issue management
? Vesting tax calculation & declaration
? Daily consultation to employees, JV/OC HR FSS onsite and other HR team
? Standardized equity task for new opt-in company and analyze equity productivity
? Internal/external audit support
? Knowledge management(SOP, FAQ, User Manual, etc) and sharing within HR community, especially for AskHR team
What do I need to qualify for this job?
? Bachelor degree or above
? 1-5 years of related experience in equity operation delivery
? MS office, outlook and especially excel skill (Mandatory)
? Excellent analytical, communications skills (Mandatory)
? English could be working language (Mandatory)
? Working experience at equity/payroll area is preferred
? Working experience at HR share service center is preferred
? Having basic accounting and tax knowledge is preferred
? SAP or other HR system basic knowledge
? Ability to quickly learn about HR operational policy/guideline/process and solve the problems in appropriate way
? Team Work and good collaboration with "can do" attitude
? Dedicated and Driving for Results
? Customer orientated mindset and stake holder management
