Mission:

·       Under the responsibility of the AMC Manager, the AMG supervisor has the responsibility of:

      - Managing the Autonomous Manufacturing Group (AMG) under his responsibility.

      - Guarantying products deliveries in term of cost, quality and lead-time to end customers for his AMG.

·       His/her mission are:

      - To deploy the production (AMG) organization at beginning.

      - To identify and organise necessary resources (human, material) to fulfil the manufacturing requirement he charged.

     - To analyze performance indicators & implement corrective actions associated.

      - To improve manufacturing performance according to Veoneer standards & cost targets.

     - To support local and global project.

Tasks:

·       To deliver daily production plan according to the weekly production plan with the consideration of capacity and change over.

·       To lead the team consists of maintenance, quality and production to fulfill the production plan in terms of quality, cost and delivery time.

·       To follow up and improve manufacturing operation indicator.

·       To train and coach the operators and shift line leaders to meet the company requirement.

·       To manage subordinates to work align with the company discipline and policy, ensure the working safety in the responsible area.

·       To control the over time, attendance, leave and so on in order to deploy right manpower resource for smooth production to satisfied the customer demand.

·       To develop the skill of subordinators.

·       To implement & follow up TPM on responsible areas.

·       To be responsible for the APS tools application in the responsible area.

·       To participate to the production line audit.

·       To take a leading role in continuous improvement in the responsible area.

·       To support the new product and new production line introduction projects.

·       To participate to PFMEA creation& updating & actions plan associated.

·       .To support work of others function such as Customer Quality Support team.

·       To participate to 8D report (external & internal).

·       To participate to technical committee.

·       To be the quality system owner of the responsible area.

Qualification:

Level (diploma) required:

·       Bachelor degree or above on electricity, automation, and related engineering education background.

 

Experience:

·       More than 5 years solid experience in the field of electrical automation mass production, at least 3 years production supervisor experience with high quality requirement.

·       Experienced on working in matrix organization.

·       Experience on engineering and quality management is a plus.

·       Experienced on working within international project.

 

Technical skills required:

·       Strong Quality sense.

·       Mature management skill.

·       Knowledge on automation system, pneumatic system, and SMT, test engineering knowledge is a plus.

·       Familiar with lean manufacturing.

                                         

Skills in relationship and management / leadership required:

·       Team work spirit 

·       Listening ability.

·       Self starter

 

Languages:

·       Fluent Mandarin

·       (Good) English is a plus.
