Job Description

-Establish Fab process, realize mass production.

负责Fab钣金装配工艺编制，实现产品的批量生产    

-Establish production working instruction, and training operator

制作作业指导书等工艺文件，并培训现场员工    

-Keep communication with production, solve process problem immediately

同现场保持密切沟通，及时解决现场生产过程中的工艺问题    

-Improve production process, production efficiency, and reduce production cost

现场工艺流程改进，提高生产效率，降低生产成本    

-Strong quality awareness, production process quality control.

有强烈的质量意识，工艺编制的过程中做好过程质量控制    

-According product to design tooling/fixture or measuring tool.

根据产品要求，能设计合适的工装夹具或测量量具    

-Track new production process, good cooperation with different department.

跟进新产品生产过程，同各部门保持良好的沟通协作

-Familiar with machine capacity is must, and have equipment programme ability.

熟悉现场生产设备的生产加工能力，并能根据产品要求进行编程

- Other duties as assigned.

 Requirements 

-Bachelor degree or above in major of mechanical design and manufacturing or related. 

本科以上学历，机械相关专业

-Proficient read and written communication skills in English, and can oral on English communication.

良好的英语读写能力，并能做简单的英语口语交流

-AutoCAD and MS office skills are must

具备MS office技能，并能利用AutoCAD软件绘制图纸

-Good and effective communication skill, have project management experience preferable.

良好有效的沟通技能，有项目管理经验优先

-Willing to continuously learn new technologies, improve production process skill, strong with issue identification and solve the issue skill.

能适应不断的新事物和新产品的挑战，不断学习提高工艺技术能力，并且具备问题的判断分析和解决能力

-Have lean production preferable.
