1. 五年以上北美市场家具验货经验。

2. 需熟悉软体家具的生产工序和验货流程，特别是真皮软体沙发，办公椅，吧椅，餐椅，皮床等

3. 精通验货流程体系，能根据公司具体情况制定流程，标准。

4. 质检员熟悉掌握产品 质量检验标准；制定QC检验用模具；与工厂沟通解决生产中的问题和客诉。

5. 针对家具等产品涉及的皮/布面料和五金件等辅料和颜色的一致性，进行实时审核与确认

6. 熟悉邮购包装和 ISTA 3A的摔箱测试流程和标准

7. 由于sku繁杂和少数量，需对产品的在线全检和货柜的监装。

8. 擅长沟通，务实，有上进心；适应长时间出差。

9. 有一定的英文基础，会辨别唛头，说明书以及各标签的正确性和一致性。

10. 此岗位需长期居住在佛山龙江工厂附近。

* Perform routine factory check to ensure compliance of furniture quality procedure.

* With sufficient knowledge of upholstered furniture, including leather / fabric sofa, office chairs, dining chair, barstools,and leather beds...

* With good experience of mail order packaging, and ISTA 3A drop test and its procedures.

* Working closely with the Chinese suppliers to ensure that the manufactured products meet company and customer requirements by means of visual verification and dimensional inspection techniques to approved drawings/specifications.

* Produce QC reports for every factory visit and ensure the completion all quality control documents.

* ·Ensure that any and all quality issues are documented and reported. Also ensure that any and all corrective actions are duly documented and reported.

·Monitor the factory's QC procedures to ensure they are providing adequate quality inspections on each project.

* Support the audit and implementation of safety, ethical and quality assurance operation policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure the entire production process is in compliance with the corporate standard.

* Work with Quality Manager to investigate and follow-up the complaint case, which related to quality aspect and complete CAPR.

* Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

* Junior College / Degree holder in Quality or related disciplines

* Minimum 5 years experiences in relevant QC working experience, exposure to furniture manufacturing will be an must.

* Self-motivated, independent, excellent problem solving skills, and with good communication skill

* Good in organization and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish relationships both internally and externally.

* Ability to work in a cross-functional environment, with superior communication skills.

* Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy, working under tight deadlines.

* Proficient in PC applications including Chinese word and excel processing
