               Outbound logistic: -          To work with the project team and corporate supply chain team to put in place organization and process for new outbound business needs in project phase. -          Pilot outbound activities and animate performance in operation phase. -          Assist and train subsidiary team to use new tool and follow new process Major Responsibilities 岗位职责   During project phase: -          Propose and put in place organization and supply chain solutions with the support of corporate team to respond new business requirement. -          Work with IT team to define IT tools and interfaces for the supply chain needs such as planning, traceability, exchanges between each partners, logistic follow-up etc. -          Assist and train subsidiary team to use new tool and follow new process -          Define working process for planning, storage, manipulation, and transportation. -          Propose and negotiate logistics protocol and SOP for defining the responsibilities and procedures of each partners. During operation phase: -          Manage operationally new vehicle flows in collaboration with 3PLs from our plant. -          Be directly in contact with subsidiaries and improve the client satisfaction level. -          Manage the storage of new vehicles. -          Work with related partners to support the development of business. -          Define target and animate the performance of vehicle flow. -          Guarantee a continued improvement in QCD for new vehicle flow Skills Skills: Good communication skills Problem solving Reactivity and dynamism   IT: Microsoft Office   Language: English fluent mandatory Chinese and French is a plus
