工作内容：

1、负责车间生产从原材料到产品的质量检验工作。检验方法按有关规定执行，并对质检结果负责；

2、做好常用质检、试验器具的使用，保管和维护工作，对计量器具要按规定做好检验和标识工作；

3、负责各类检验报告的记录工作，对检验报告的真实性负责；

4、按作业指导书及相应流程对待检备件进行检验、清理，检验前以及检验过程中认真核对物料名称，填写检验记录，并提交质量主管；

5、及时上报批量不量的质量异常；

6、协助质量经理完成其他质量相关工作。

任职要求：

1、能看懂CAD图纸、熟悉行位公差，了解机加件、钣金件加工流程和加工工艺；

2、熟悉使用计量工具，如游标卡尺、千分尺、百分表等；

3、熟练使用office办公软件；制定来料履历表，将日、周、月报进行反馈

4、能独立完成制作来料检验控制计划；

5、作认真踏实，谨慎敬业，责任心强，团队合作意识高；
