• NATURE AND SCOPE OF POSITION
  

？ To provide support to Ecommerce business in achieving sales targets by ensuring products are actively enriched and live on the Ecommerce channel.

？ Actively assist with implementing digital marketing campaigns and reporting across all channels.

？ Overall ability to support and implement the online strategy.

？ Good in customer experience and demonstrates clear problem-solving and resolution skills.

？ Liaise with the warehouse to ensure consistency in orders.

？ Ability to work under pressure, responsible, is highly organised, uses initiative and works proactively.

？ Proactive and agile approach to role as the business expands.

• QUALIFICATION/EDUCATION
  

？ Degree holder in Marketing, Communication or related disciplines

• EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  

？ 1-2 years relevant experience in a similar role in luxury fashion

？ Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

？ Proven English reading & writing skills

？ Analytical skills and an attention to detail are essential
