1.监督车间工人的工作质量、工作进度

2.规划分配工作，执行工作规程规章

3.协调车间各项工作进度，按生产进度安排车间流水线工作进度

4.解决工人操作过程中的问题

5.提出改进工艺流程、生产设备、生产环境等方面的建议

6.完成上级分配的其他任务

任职资格 

1、工业工程或相关专业大专以上学历

2、受过生产作业管理、管理技能、产品知识等方面的培训

3、具备优秀的组织能力、沟通能力、规划能力。
