工作职责：

1. 按照实验方案完成细胞生物学相关实验，比如常规细胞培养、细胞增殖抑制、Westernblot、FACS等实验，基于上述实验对抗体的体外生物功能活性进行分析；

2. 按照实验方案完成对抗体的ELISA的结合活性和阻断活性分析等实验；

3. 撰写实验记录，总结实验结果，完成项目相关的实验报告

4. 实验试剂、耗材以及仪器设备的使用记录和维护等；

5. 上级主管交办的其他工作。

职位要求：

1. 药学、免疫学、细胞生物学或相关专业硕士及以上学历；熟练掌握肿瘤、免疫学相关细胞实验技术；

2. 具有抗体药体外药理药效研究经验者优先；具备大型制药企业相关工作经验优先；

3. 有团队工作精神，工作认真刻苦，对工作有强烈的责任感；具备独立分析问题和解决问题的能力，具备团队合作精神，良好的组织协调能力和沟通能力。

Job responsibilities:

1. Complete cell biology related experiments according to the experimental protocol, such as routine cell culture, cell proliferation inhibition, Westernblot, FACS, etc., based on the above experiments to analyze the in vitro biofunctional activity of the antibody;

2. Perform experiments such as binding activity and blocking activity analysis of antibody ELISA according to the experimental protocol;

3. Write an experimental record, summarize the experimental results, and complete the project-related experimental report.

4. Recording and maintenance of experimental reagents, consumables, and equipment;

5. Other work assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

1. Master's degree or above in pharmacy, immunology, cell biology or related fields; proficient in tumor and immunology related cell experiment techniques;

2. Experience in research on pharmacology and pharmacology of antibody drugs is preferred; experience in working with large pharmaceutical companies is preferred;

3. Have a team work spirit, work hard and have a strong sense of responsibility for work; have the ability to analyze problems and solve problems independently, have team spirit, good organization and coordination skills and communication skills.
