岗位要求：

JD；1. Provide professional data management support and training for the Group in accordance with data management regulations such as ICH-GCP and GCP to ensure the quality and compliance of the Group's project data management business;

2. Responsible for the CRO management of all projects in progress, timely review the CRO service quality, track the progress of CRO business, and regularly report the business progress and quality report to the company and project team;

3. Responsible for regularly organizing and implementing professional training seminars on data management to improve the data management business level of the company;

4. Assist in completing the organizational structure, rules and regulations, data management business SOP and quality management system of the data management department;

5. Complete all data management services from the program review to the registration application submission stage, and work closely with the business departments to establish a good cooperative and mutual assistance relationship;

6. Other temporary tasks arranged by the leadership.

job requirements:

1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above, no major in practice, priority in clinical medicine;

2, 3-5 years CRO drug clinical trial book management work experience, or more than 5 years of drug company clinical trial data management work experience, foreign CRO experience is preferred;

3, stable and stable, logical thinking, need to have strong communication skills and adaptability.
