职位描述
Job Title: Plant HR Manager
Reports to: Plant General Manager, functionally reporting to HR Director
Position Focus:
To manage and coordinate human resources activities in compliance with company philosophy, objectives and legal requirements;
EHS;
To recommend and to facilitate the installation of programs and policies that creates or reinforces a positive employee relation's atmosphere;
To participate in the overall management of plant operations (as appropriate) as a member of the management team.
Management Scope:
Lead a team of HR and Administration staff; communicate with related dept line managers, supervisors.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Skills:
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills and act as a powerful team player;
Good communication skill verbal and written, both in English and Mandarin;
Familiar with local labor law and regulations;
Familiar with payment regulation.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years working experience in large multinational manufacturing companies with a leadership role in Human Resources and Administration function;
Or high potential who has 4 years working experience in HR functions (Recruitment, Staffing etc.).
Job Responsibilities:
Set up HR department;
Establish the human resources and administration policies and systems in compliance with local law and the company corporate regulations;
Recruitment & selection, training & development, compensation & benefits, employee services and industrial relations;
Payroll administration for salaried employees;
Train and develop HR staff;
Assure timely and correct payments for the employees;
Ensuring that EMS requirements are established, implemented, and maintained;
Reporting on the performance of the EMS to top management at the facility for review and provide recommendations for improvement;
Prepare the company required EHS and safety reports;
Responsible to examine performance of employees;
Handle administration affairs; build up and improve administration systems;
Set up and adjust the organizational structure;
Work out training demands & planning;
Participate in establishing long-term programming of the company;
Other tasks assigned by senior management.
Safety Requirement:
Set up pipeline with each department for safety policy & knowledge dissemination;
Monitor safety issues and follow up, along with safety staff, review regularly.
Note: The applicants with Auto Industry working experience will be highly welcomed!!
