职位描述
主要职责:
- 根据公司的政策和流程招聘所有级别的零售员工。通过积极的市场调研,建立和维护人才库并与潜在候选人建立良好的关系。
- 提出有助于公司长期发展的招聘建议。创建、发展和实施特殊项目/招聘计划,并提出改进和新想法;
- 建立候选人渠道,维护符合条件的候选人;
- 促进人力资源核心流程并确保在区域层面的顺利实施
- 负责员工雇佣周期,根据业务要求和公司政策积极主动地优化流程
- 维护考勤和Workday系统,制作月度考勤和销售数据报告
- 跟进分析区域店铺人力成本
- 实施绩效管理流程,包括年度绩效考核、试用期考核及日常绩效问题处理
- 与法律顾问和agency一起,确保用工形式合法合规
- 指导和协助区域经理进行人员管理
- 与零售人力负责人一起,完成指定的项目;
- 推动和部署区域层面的员工敬业度活动
- 就员工关系问题提供咨询
- 支持并参与相关的HR项目
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit all level of retail employees in accordance with company policy and process. Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and foster relationship with high potential candidates for future opportunities;
- Recommend ideas related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company. Initiate, develop and implement special projects/recruiting initiatives and suggest improvements and new idea;
- Build pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contacts;
- Facilitate HR core process and ensure smooth implementation in region level;
- Be accountable for employee movement process, proactively advise for the process review and adjust in line with business requirements and company policy;
- Executes attendance & WD system and make monthly attendance &sales data report;
- Keep tracking and analyzing on the region labor cost flowing and initiating for related reconciliation timely;
- Implement whole performance management process, including annual performance appraisal, probation assessment and handle daily performance issues;
- Liaise with legal counsel and government agencies to ensure the labor practice and HR policy in compliance with local labor law;
- Coach and facilitate region commercial managers on people management;
- Closely work with Retail HR Head to implement the assigned projects and processes optimization related with organization development;
- Drive and deploy the employee engagement activities in the regional level;
- Provide consultation on employee relationship issues;
- Support and involve in HR project if needed.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor degree, major in Human Resources Management is preferable;
· Above 6 years HR experience with 3 years in a Human resources generalist role including talent acquisition, employee relationship, C&B and etc.at least 4years work experiences in retail industry;
· Results oriented& make decision within authorized range;
· Strong influencing skill and good cross function communication skill;
· Be flexible and manage ambiguity; be active agents for change; be able to acquire new skill & knowledge;
· Business consultant for region retail teams as HR expertise with business acumen;
· Familiar with China labor laws and regulations, experienced in China employee relationship management;
· Open-minded and flexibility to work in a fast growing, changing environment;
· Can working under pressure, quick adaptability a new environment;
· Good English and Chinese both in written and oral;
· Teamwork, integrity, team management skills
