1. Assist with protocol development, sample size calculation, protocol and case report form (CRF) review.

2. Advise data management staff on database design, and be responsible for critical data and data quality review.

3. Responsible for review/develop Statistical Analysis Plans.

4. Responsible for statistical input to statistical reports and Clinical Study Reports.

5. Responsible for support regulatory communication on biostatistics parts.

6. Responsible for oversight the 3rd party on biostatistics.

7. Provide biostatistics support to preclinical projects if needed, e.g. translational medicine, PSPD, R&D.

8. Provide support for other assigned task as needed.

任职要求：

1. PhD or Master in statistics/biostatistics, mathematics, epidemiology, or other related data science majors.
2. At least 3 years biostatistics experience, oncology area is preferred.
3. A good understanding of statistical issues in clinical trials.
4. Understand and apply moderately advanced statistical methods.
5. Knowledge of relevant standards and guidance for clinical development (CDISC, EMEA/FDA, ICH-GCP etc.)
6. With good communication skills.
7. With good team work abilities.
