职位描述
General Functions and tasks:
1.Collect customer's rolling forecast to create company's rolling forecast, as input of Strategic Plan and monthly/weekly production plan.
2.Maintain the weekly/monthly production plan with balance of inventory monitoring.
3.Formulate the logistics goals in a long-term and provide feasible implementation plan; take in charge of the cargo transportation, logistics information, the company warehouse and inventory materials;
4.Maintain supplier relationship, to supervise the delivery process; build and maintain good rapport with Customs Bureau; coordinate the relationship between logistics department and other departments, to ensure information accurately.
5.Put forward and perfect organization structure of the department; definite the authority and mutual relationship of each position; make work plan and budget; evaluate personnel performance.
Role Requirements:
1.University degree, more than 10 year's hands-on experience in logistics management in automotive industry.
2.Familiar with Logistics transportation, warehouse management, procurement management, customer service, and customs declaration procedures etc. , strong problem solving skills
3.Familiar with ERP;
4.Credible with high standard of business ethics
5.Experienced in supervision of professional workforce
6.Attention to details, team player, self starter, ability to work independently.
7.Good command of English and high level of computer literacy.
