Responsibilities:
As a member of sales team to execute effective work for supporting sales grow. 作为销售团队一员, 通过实施有效的销售工作支持销售量的增加。 The key objective of this position includes business development, dealer management and AR management. 该职位的主要职责包括实施业务开发,经销商管理,应收账款管理等。
Requirements:
? Responsible for the marketing development in assigned area. 负责区域内的市场业务发展
? Responsible for the dealers management in Southern area in assigned area. 负责区域内的经销商管理
? Maintain and develop the new channel for business needs 根据业务需要维护及开发新的渠道
? Train and mentor the staff of dealers to develop 训练及指导经销商员工发展
? Extending and marketing the products for rapid repair to dealers 针对经销商拓宽营销快修产品
? Control and manage the credit of dealers in safety. 控制及管理经销商信用额度处于安全范围
? Make the perfect bid solution for target key account in region. 针对区域内的重要目标客户制作优秀的竞标方案
Additional Information:
? High school above degree 高中以上学历
? At least 2 years experiences in chemical sales 至少两年的化工销售经验
? Experiences in channel management 渠道管理经验
? Spirit in creativity and teamwork 富有创造力和团队合作精神
? Good communication skills 良好的沟通技巧
? Independent working capability 独立的工作能力
? Good computer skills in Word, Excel and Powerpoint 良好的计算机应用技巧
? Good Word in great burden 巨大压力下的良好工作业绩
