职位描述
1. 负责新产品封装结构设计，以及导入过程中的风险评估验证及相关的工程活动， 保障产品的可制造性及可靠性。
2. 负责封装工程数据的监控，改善封装过程中的工程问题，持续提升封装设计能力。
3. 评估选择合适的零件材料和供应商。
4. 完成产品上所有零部件的功能/结构设计，出工程图纸。
5. 规划制定产品BOM表，外观尺寸图，生产注意事项，生产流程，等规格文件。
6. 分析解决产品在生产、测试及客户应用中出现的问题。
7. 对封装工艺参数、流程，及零部件、生产规格等进行设计变更及验证。
其他要求
1. 材料/力学/化工/机械等专业
2. 本科5年以上电子零件封装行业工作经验，有System In Package经验优先。
3. 熟悉封装相关材料的特性 (EMC, substrate-如PCB, die attach/under fill, lead frame, wire bond等)
4. 熟悉封装工艺流程(reflow soldering, cleaning, plasma，molding, grinding, plating, laser marking等)
5. 对模流仿真和模具设计有一定经验，有简化模型能力
6. 熟悉多种封装工艺制造流程，能够提前识别新产品的导入风险、进行问题定位、并具备良率提升及导入过程异常处理的能力。 7. 具备持续学习的能力
