工作职责:

.Serve as senior scientist to perform routine metabolite identification assay from discovery to clinical stage.

.Develop LC-UV-MS bioanalytical methods for metabolite identification and semi-quantitative analysis of metabolites without reference standards in multiple matrices, like liver microsomes, S9 fraction, hepatocytes, plasma, urine, bile and tissues, etc.

.Conduct metabolite profiling and identification studies on non-labeling or/and radio-labeling compounds

.Generate study protocols, reports for drug metabolism studies, interpret data and provide trouble shooting.

.Develop and validate novel assays and solve technical issues

.Cross-department collaboration in support of integrated service.

.Assist superior on poster or presentation in BA related conference and scientific publication.

任职资格:

？ Ph.D. in a science discipline with at least 1 year or Master above with at least 3 years of working experience or training in equivalent experience

？ Working knowledge in bioanalytical, enzymology, drug metabolism, and pharmacokinetics with spectral interpretation and structural elucidation skills

？ Rich hands-on experience in instrumentation of ion-trap LC-MS/MS/UV and high resolution mass spec. (HRMS) instrument

？ Excellent communication skills, can work with the study director or/and client on project information, progress and troubleshooting.

？ Be skillful at reading, understanding and writing English document.
