- For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in Changsha,, we are looking for a HR Specialist 人力资源专员

What are my responsibilities?

- Be Responsible for personnel services such as payroll, salary administration, social benefit and housing fund deduction etc

- Make proposal to ensure competitive salary structure internally and externally.

- Standardize HR C&B policies in line with SLC policies.

- Be responsible for company payroll's accuracy on a monthly basis including personnel information maintenance, check-in and check-out, changes in benefit, and booking instruction etc.

- Be responsible for foeign employees and interns' administration to ensure process handled legally, and support Chinese employees with business visa etc.

- Be reponsible for market analysis to ensure competitive package and propose necessary motivation program for talent retention.

- Monitor labor cost data and staff competency by regular reports

- Miscellaneous related duties as assigned, including employee relationship, recruitment, etc.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Bachelors or above degree in relevant discipline,

- Good English language skills both verbal and written

- Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication skills

- 2-5 years working experience of HR C&B experience, recruitment experience is preferred.
