- For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in Changsha,, we are looking for a IT Manager IT经理

What are my responsibilities?

- Performs management and governance on the IT of the organization: budget making, cost control, IT service demand management, IT service management, IT operation management, supplier management, IT landscape and cost framework, IT project management, IT team management.

- Quality management: Manages and is responsible for of the introduction of anticipatory procedures in the area of responsibility for the productivity increase, the early recognition of deviations and the integration of quality analyses. Plans and conducts project reviews/audits for all local and international projects acc. to global standards.

- Risk management (related to a multitude of projects): Implements global defined specific Risk & Quality measures and hosts approval meetings

- Finance Management: Develops budget for the overall IT Portfolio in the organization, acts within the framework of the approved Business Plan (budget, investment etc.), manages and benchmarks business performance to achieve targets

- Brings in social authority in the form of team ability, motivation and employee promotion. Sets targets and monitors target achievement/business results as well as development of capabilities.

- Evaluates potential top talents. Is responsible to arbitrate escalations. Communicates the department/ unit goals to the employees. Gains the employees´ commitment for his contribution to the overall goals. Contributes to planning in mutual communication process to enable the deployment of human resources of the right quality and quantity in accordance with department goals.

- Is responsible for disciplinary support and guidance of employees. Manages the entire Performance Management Process (e.g. EFA)

- Makes the appropriate functionality know-how available to consultants at all levels. Is responsible for Strategic Skill Development. Manages

- Knowledge transfer across his team and also across virtual module/process teams. Manages efficiency and capacity utilization of his team-members acc. to the approved Business Plan.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Bachelors or above degree in relevant discipline,

- A sound working experience in a IT project environment might typically have been acquired in more than 7 years.

- Knowledge and experience in both IT infrastructure and application.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse group of partners and colleagues

- Knowledge of Utility market structures and business processes

- "Open-minded" communication skills

- Excellent English language skills both verbal and written

- Experience of working in international organization
