- For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in Changsha,, we are looking for a Logistics Specialist

物流专员

What are my responsibilities?

- Purchase order handling for indirect & direct material, equipment, tools, software, office supplies and etc

- Follow up the change of order on business requirement, and coordinate the change with internal and external contacts

- Monitor delivery schedule against the target lead time, and negotiate with supplier for problem solving

- Complete required documentation for import and export operations and give the necessary instructions for payment and customs clearing

- Support business to optimize logistic cost, and improve the accuracy and effectiveness of order planning

- Support strategic procurement to evaluate supplier's performance of delivery

- Verify and control price difference against material info record

- Keep track of order history, and support accounting team to clear open GRIR, solve disputed invoices and execute payable reconciliation

- Carry out all required internal control activities and documentation on supply chain management

- Support division SCM for the allocated tasks

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Bachelors or above degree in relevant discipline,

- Good English language skills both verbal and written

- Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication skills

- 2-5 years working experience of Logistic management and SCM.

- Supplier management knowledge
