- For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in Changsha,, we are looking for a Procurement Specialist

What are my responsibilities?

- Monitor the national and international market to bring new suppliers, product derivatives, and product innovations into purchasing portfolio

- Undertake supplier management to acquire the best suppliers and guarantee an optimum supply chain

- Prepare and conduct contract and price negotiation to contribute to the profitability of the company

- Produce price forecast and internal figures to supply basic data for corporate planning (costing data) and reporting

- Monitor contractual agreements to prepare renegotiations/subsequent negotiations, initiate appropriate measures and guarantee suppliers

- Make procurement saving report regularly, as well as target/actual comparisons, to be actively involved in achieving procurement saving target

- Maintain material & supplier master data and price information in SAP; be responsible for SAP data accuracy and transparent

- Execute contract & file management

- Carry out all required internal control activities and documentation on supply chain management

- Support division SCM for the allocated tasks

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Bachelors or above degree in relevant discipline,

- Good English language skills both verbal and written

- Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication skills

- 2-5 years working experience of Procurement experience, including international sourcing
