- For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in Changsha,, we are looking for a R&D Project Manager 研发项目经理

What are my responsibilities?

- Be responsible for R&D project refer to predetermined quality standard(Time, Budget, Project Scope).

- Be responsible for driving and completing R&D project, to satisfy customer and requirement in market.

- Communicate and track the project process with all relevant roles

- Be responsible for Plan, Monitor, Completion of R&D project refer to R&D management process.

- Coordinate the project tasks according the project plan

- Track the timeline, budget and technical issues

- Create the Feature Specification for new project based on the Requirement from PM

- Escalate critical issues in time and in an appropriate way

- Take part in analysis, determination, correction and prevention of quality problems within the related projects

- Timely report to management team on R&D project’s Risk, Finance etc, and propose solution.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Bachelors or above degree in relevant discipline;

- 2+ years experience of R&D Project Management in Software industry;

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and good interpersonal skill;

- Good business mindset, good capability of project driven;

- Excellent English language skills both verbal and written,

- Obtained Qualification or Certificate of Project Management.
