As an E-commerce B2B (Sr.) specialist, you will support your line manager to deliver the wholesale business plan, achieve the quantitative and qualitative measurements assigned by the Company; you will need to work independently with 3rd parties and make sure they meet the Company’s compliance standards in daily operations. You will report to Associate Director, Omni-Channel.

In this role you will:

Need to support your line manager to undertake the annual sales plan, 3-year rolling plan and Open to Buy (OTB) per sales plan with 3rd party partners. You will be responsible for the business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - track and review the sales performance by week/month basis & ensure the reliability and transparency of the sales data whilst identifying solutions and commercial opportunities with our business partners. You will coordinate with HQ in Milan, local merchandising team and 3rd party buying teams for “Seasonal Buys” per confirmed OTB, ensuring all appropriate deadlines are met.

In addition to you will also be responsible for Brand protection and promotion by the appropriate governance of all 3rd party platforms’ ensuring that they are fully compliant with the relevant terms and conditions as identified in relevant terms and agreements to ensure on-going Brand integrity. You will create an annual marketing calendar with third party partners, whilst monitoring and tracking of all related activities with the relevant local marketing team to provide appropriate allocation of brand assets to support the achievement of seasonal and annual commercial goals.

Bachelor’s degree or above.

3-5 years of working experience in ecommerce related functions

Good knowledge of 3rd party & operation agency ecommerce operation process and organizational structure.

Good knowledge on ecommerce project/campaign implementation, i.e. understand/able to draw wireframe, AB testing

Proficient in MS office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) software, and retail systems.

Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese
