Launch Coordination 启动合作
Be responsible for interface with Program Management to assure all Phase requirements are completed by the SDT team and provided in the proper formats to the plant management team.

Plant Launch Glide Path Control 投产路径图控制
Be responsible for completion of the Plant Launch Glide Path.
完成投产路径图.

Be responsible for coordinating the activities of the Plant Launch Team to assure plant systems, equipment, tracking programs are completed on time and in compliance with Plant Launch Glide Path.
负责工厂投产小组的协调工作,确保工厂系统`设备`追踪项目的准时完成并于JCI投产路径图相符

Be responsible for providing accurate and timely reports of the Plant Launch Glide Path to upper management of launch status.
负责提供准确和及时的投产路径图系统报告`投产现状给高层

Flawless Launch 无缺陷投产
Be responsible for assuring and documenting launch "0,0,100,100,30" goals are met

Project Issue Settlement 项目问题的解决
Be responsible for "Red Flag" process when launch is missing Key Quality or Timing elements. The Launch Manager must coordinate Red Flag issues.

Continuous Improvement 持续改进
Improves Launch competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes

Standards Implementation 江森自控标准的执行
Assures company standards are applied through out all aspects of the launch(s).

Competency Requirements (能力要求)
? Bachelor's Degree or above, major in Engineering or related fields preferred.本科或以上学历,工程或相关专业优先.
? Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering Background, 2-5 years of work experience in new plant set up with automotive background.制造或机械工程背景,在汽车行业的新工厂成立领域有2-5年的工作经验.
? Automotive Quality System Experience TS16949 a must, ISO14001 a plus汽车行业质量系统经验 必须持有TS16949认证,若有ISO14001更佳
