Testing Equipment Selection and Maintenance测试设备选用及维护
Provides proposal to quality department for test equipment selection, and executes daily maintenance 提供质保部实验室测试设备的选用建议，实施日常维护及保养
Drafts and executes working instruction related to safety operation and safety inspection according to the safety specifics for those testing equipment which has high safety requirements.
对安全等级较高的测试设备，能根据其安全特性，编制并实施有关的安全操作、安全检查指导书，建立检验，试验，测量设备的计量和校准的计划并监督实施（如适用）

Testing Plan测试方案
Understands relevant customer standard, and completes testing plan
充分理解相关客户标准，制定测试方案

Testing Documentations测试文档
Be responsible for testing, making test record and document filing
负责测试、填写测试记录及资料归档工作
Completes working instruction of test and test related equipment
建立测试及与测试有关的设备（或量具）的工作指导书

Continuous Improvement持续改进
Increases company competitiveness (especially quality and cost standards) by driving continuous improvement efforts across all functions

Provides technical training to test technician

Competency Requirements (能力要求)

? Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Mechanical, Engineering or related field preferred.
本科或以上学历，机械、工程和相关专业优先。
? 2 – 5 years work experience in quality testing related function, automotive industry
experience preferred.
2 – 5 年质量测试工作经验，汽车行业优先。
