Executes Asia Engineering strategic items (PLUS, BEP, BBP, xSO, SMTE, DFC, etc.)
Executes local company strategy to support business growth
Defines site-level Eng Ops strategy aligned with global initiatives (Prototype, Testing, Analysis, CAD, Release)

执行本地公司战略，支持业务增长
确定本地工程运营战略，与全球倡议保持一致（样品、测试、分析、CAD、发布）

Set department goals 设定部门目标
Sets department goals in accordance with local plant and Core program target / Stimulates performance of others
按照本地工厂与核心项目目标设定部门目标 / 激励他人提高绩效

Set project plan 设定项目计划
Set up project Engineering goals for each individual program
Plans resources / engineering timing and cost centers for projects, tracking engineering execution for each program
Balance internal/external resource to full fill emergency requirement
为各项目设定项目工程目标
安排项目的资源 / 工程时间安排和成本中心，跟踪各项目的工程执行
平衡内部 / 外部资源以满足紧急要求

Develop engineering capability and capacity 发展工程能力
Develops engineering capabilities and capacity leveraging internal/external resources

Solve technical issues 解决技术问题
Initiates resolution of key technical issues
Provides technical support within selection of suppliers and make-or-buy-decisions (ensure the cost-profit-relationship)

Control project 控制项目
Responsible for projects in the technical, timing and budget areas
Approve engineer changes
Be sure each project following JCI engineer process/tool (PLUS, BEP, BBP, xSO, SMTE, DFC, etc. )
Approve engineer budget ( DP2’s, DP3’s )

Requirements (岗位要求)

? College degree or above major in engineering related field大专或以上学历，工程相关专业
? 5-7 years work experience in Engineering related function with at least 2 years in management position 5-7年工程相关部门工作经验，至少2年担任管理职务
? Understands JCI matrix organization 理解JCI矩阵组织
? Network of professional organizations 专业组织网络
? Product Knowledge 产品知识
? PC (MS-Office)
? Basic knowledge in Business administration 业务管理基本知识
? BOS and QM
? Good knowledge in legal ramifications/safety 良好的法律 / 安全知识
