Participates Internal Control System Establishment参与制定内控制度

Participates in the development and implementation of financial processes and internal control system; drives standardization of business processes and internal control procedures within the company参与制定公司体系流程和内控制度，使业务流程和内控在全公司内标准并有效
Implements and Tests Control System运行并测试现有内控制度

Rolls out, reviews and monitors Control Self-Assessments; leads and participates in ethics controlling, when required; tracks and reviews Sarbanes Oxley 404 tests, when necessary监督并自查内控系统，领导或参与道德控制检查(当需要时)；追踪并按萨班404法令检查(当需要时)
Re-engineering Control Points建议内控节点的优化

Reviews and recommends improvement proposals on control policies and procedures审核并建议优化内控政策和流程的可行性方案
Control Concept Training 内控培训

Assists in rolling out internal control training to ensure all departments and employee understand the controls points and execute the internal control policies properly主导内控的培训，以确保公司各方面理解并执行到位
Cooperates with Internal Audit与内部审计合作

Works with the Internal Audit to comply with JCI and partner’s control requirements, including internal liaison; reviews audit issues identified, tracks the open issues on the Internal audit scorecard and closes them与内审合作确保满足江森和合作伙伴的内控需要；包括与内审的联络，审核并追踪内审问题和计分卡直至其关闭。

Competency Requirements (能力要求)
· Bachelor ‘s Degree or above, major in Finance or related fields preferred


本科或以上学历，财务或相关专业优先
· 2-5 year’s relative work experience, large manufacturing company a must, automotive
industry experience preferred.2-5年相关工作经验, 必须在大型制造企业，在汽车行业优先
· Accounting professional qualification 会计从业资格证
· Accounting and preparation of financial statements会计报表核算和编制
· Analysis methodology of financial statements财务报表分析方法
· Domestic tax laws国内税法
· Domestic and international accounting principles国内及国际会计准则
