Key Responsibilities:
CI Culture Driving推行持续改进文化
Drives the CI culture through the whole plant.
在企业内部从上而下的推行CI 文化理念
Demonstrates understanding, enthusiasm, and passion for what CI, JCMS ,and Six Sigma can accomplish in the organization
展现对持续改进、江森自控制造体系和六西格玛所能在组织内取得的效果的理解、关注和热情
CI Target Setting and Monitoring 持续改进指标设定及监控
Establishes CI Profit Plan and subsequent forecast goals, drives team to achieve them
制定持续改进利润计划以及后续预测目标,推动团队实现这些目标
Manpower Planning & Budgeting 人力规划和预算
Ensures that Commercial department is adequately and efficiently staffed in accordance with company’s business strategies
根据公司的业务战略,确保商务部门充足且高效的人力资源配置
Be responsible for department budgeting and ensures that actual cost is under control
负责部门预算并确保实际花费可控
CI Project Finding, Implementation, and Monitoring 持续改进项目发现,实施和跟踪
Identifies new CI opportunities and connects projects to the strategies of plant
寻找新的CI机会并确保 项目和方法与工厂策略一致
Identifies gaps in Best business Practices (BBP´s) and then works with all levels of the plant in establishing and executing a strategy for improving them
确定与最佳业务实践(BBP)的差距,并与工厂各级人员共同制定并实施改进的策略
Removes barriers for Black Belts and Lean Implementers and assures they are 100% dedicated to CI projects
消除影响黑带和精益实施人员的障碍,确保其百分百投身于持续改进项目
Schedules sufficient time to effectively review projects metrics and progress on a minimum of a monthly basis using Sigma Trac methodology
安排充足的时间,使用西格玛跟踪方法,有效审查项目标准和进度,每月至少一次
Improves Lean-relevant metrics, including those in the 6 panels
提高与精益生产相关的标准,包括6版图中的标准
CI Tools (6 sigma, lean, JDI,etc) Training and Gilding 持续改进工具培训和指导
Coaches internal related employee to use CI tools correctly
指导和培训组织内部人员正确的使用CI的各项工具
CI Project Sharing and Summary 持续改进项目总结和分享
Expands projects across organizational boundaries as appropriate
在适当的情况下将项目扩展到组织范围之外
Shares best practices with CI Managers of other JVs
与其他合资公司的持续改进经理分享最佳实践
Assures accurate and timely reporting of CI results as well as project documentation availability in Sigma Trac

Key Requirements:
?Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in engineering is preferred
本科或更高学历,工程专业尤佳
?Above 8 years work experience in manufacturing field 在制造领域有5-8年的工作经验
?Ability to take initiative, work independently and accomplish tasks efficiently
能够主动,独立和高效的完成工作
?A positive attitude to dealing with people

?Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail
