PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB:
Partner with business to support business growth and organization evolution as well as employee engagement enhancement

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
-Implement Greater China HR strategies effectively

-Partner with business to drive business growth, facilitate organization transformation and strengthen organization’s competency
-Develop human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information, recommending courses of action
-Provide counseling and coach for managers and employees
-Develop employee engagement strategies to enhance engagement level
-Be responsible for talent development, succession planning, and career ladders
-Promote company culture and behaviors in Greater China
-Involve regional or global HR projects

KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
-Medical; Life Science or relevant industry is preferred
-Solid HRBP experiences
->6 years in HR experience

Skills and Qualifications:
-Develop and build relationships, diplomacy and respect for confidentiality.
-Proven ability to coach, counsel and influence business leaders, managers.
-Results-oriented; proven ability to handle multiple and competing priorities.
-High energy level with a dynamic, positive style.
-Have high level of commitment
-Strong business acumen
- Fluent English
