Key Areas of Responsibility：

Digital Service Management (Primary focus on Equipment)

Business Target：

1. Deployment of all the digital initiatives to reach digital by default, service by native

2. Accelerate connectable offers penetration and investigate true customers value proposition through connected business model

KPIs:

1. Digital Service transformation plan deployment, AUM Target & ACTIVE Penetration: 20%

2. Edge Control with Cloud Service: 20%

3. Accelerate Equipment Business digital transformation: connectable to connected: 50%

4. Digital service business model: direct / in-direct

5. Subscription plan of lifecycle maintenance

6. Seamless connection with EcoStruxure Power direction

7. Exchange frequently with licensed / PBs business in accordingly.

Qualifications:

Job Requirements & Skills:

1. Master degree in engineering or similar

2. Strong analytical and process skills.

3. Excellent communication skills

4. Result oriented and self-motivated.

5. Language: Fluent oral and written English.

6. >5 years of management experience especially in related technology/fields

7. >3 years in multinational company environment

8. Digital / Automation background is preferred
