1. 负责各配电室及其所属设备维修保养工作
2. 负责机房机电设备及中心公共区域照明系统正常运行及维修保养工作
3. 负责排水系统及其附属水泵、水塔、风柜、风机、盘管等设备的正常运行管理及维护保养的工作。
4. 负责各类新风设备、排风设备及其附属设施的运作维护保养。
5. 负责空调系统及其附属水泵、水塔、风柜、风机、盘管等设备的正常运行管理及维护保养的工作。
6. 负责各类新风设备、排风设备及其附属设施的运作维护保养。
基本要求：
1. 身体健康，具有中专或中技以上学历
2. 相关技术资格或岗位上岗操作证
3. 拥有3年以上商场或物业工作经验
