职位描述
工作职责
1.负责商场内店铺管理(包括营业员,货品,店铺开闭管理等)；
2.负责楼面的安全卫生管理,维护营业秩序；
3.负责租户营业额的申报,确认与分析；
4.协调购物中心各租户的关系，控制各租户的日常营业规范；
基本要求：
1.大专以上学历；
2.有商场营运部门3-5年的工作经验；
3.具备整体的管理和控制能力；
4.优秀的组织与沟通能力和强烈的服务意识，能够承受工作压力；
5.有百货或购物中心楼管/营运经验者优先。
