职位描述
To operate ocean import shpts .
1. Dedicated contact for assigned customer and located at customer's facility
2. Track & trace shpts status; check the commercial invocie & packing list from origin port
3. Input/update related information in system
4. Keeping close contact with customer for shipment status updating .
5. To clarify the cargo status and work out the solution to solve the problem like:Cargo missing/damage, cross labeling, mis-routed and wrong cargo received.
6. Any other logistics issue as assigned
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
1.College Degree
2.Minimum 1 years related experience in Air freight operation ,over 2 years related experience in Air freight operation
3.Reliable, Well organized, Honest, Team-player ,Excellent communication skill in both Chinese and English
4.Good communication skill
