职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Category Management
- To be able to analyze & understand all Health & Beauty Categories thoroughly and in turn create a Own Label & Private Strategy with Clear Product/Range Positioning versus the A brand and Competitors within the Market
- Forecasting of annual sales, margin & volume targets
2.Supplier Management
- Assessing supplier capabilities in line with range development, product quality and innovation
- Actively managing costs & trade margin of each OL Category
- Trading terms negotiations
- Lead time production (Initial Order) & delivery deadlines
- Sourcing of International Brands
3.Product Development (core)
- Timely catch up with category trend
- Identify new product/range opportunities & strategy within each category
- Identify USP, GP of each product range
- Work with OB Marketing team on packaging design
- Work with OB Merchandising & Marketing team to develop launch plan
4.Internal Communication
- To coordinate with all relevant departments within Watsons' (China + Regional HK Office) to ensure smooth planning & timely roll out of all Own Label Products
Qualifications:
- 5 Years+ experience of trading/product development in Retail or FMCG companies;
- Experience in PC or Skincare categories are appreciated;
- Strong Negotiation skills;
- Data and Information Management, proficiency in both spoken and written English;
- Good PC skills;
- Good presentation skills;
- Cross Functional Understanding & Coordination;
- Passion for Product & Analysis;
- Highly Organized & Planning Skills.
