Responsibilities,
1.Participate actively in department/plant safety programs. Promote safety rules and regulations
2.Investigate equipment failures, determine root cause of failure, and recommend appropriate solutions to reduce reoccurrence of/or eliminate cause of failure.
3.Recommend and specify alterations and revisions to improve equipment requirement and/or system reliability/capacity.
4.Provide hands on support as required to resolve mechanical equipment field problems as they occur.
5.Assist in the development, implementation, and periodic review of preventative/predictive maintenance programs to reduce unplanned shutdowns and improve overall plant on stream capability.
6.Keep abreast of and evaluate new methodologies, work practices, equipment, machinery, technology, etc., for application and use within the plant.
7.Participate in the planning and execution of minor and major shutdowns. Provide technical and hands on support as required during shutdowns.
8.Maintain an error free execution. Pay very close attention to details and executes work to the highest possible standard. Apply a Continuous Improvement philosophy to daily work.
9.Assist in the development and ongoing improvement of the plant mechanical integrity program.
Qualification,
1.Four years college or at least two years formal college degree in Chemical machinery, compressor, gas engine or other related field is preferable.
2At least 2-4 years experience in a related field, such as a petrochemical plant, Air separation plant, or a manufacturing company. Good hands on skills on compressors/pumps/blowers/valves repairing, have at least one kind of compressor (centrifugal compressor/reciprocating compressor/ screw compressor/roots blower etc.,) principle knowledge and repairing experience
3Good written English and proper oral English.
4Be enthusiastic and aggressive to learn.
5Energetic, honest, and hard working.
