1. 能独立运营店铺，清晰了解Aliexpress所有政策；懂跨境电商运营；

2. 店铺日常维护，旺铺设计，产品资料/关键词整理及上下架管理；

3. 分析及优化关键词，通过各种销售手段竞升排位;

4. 掌握市场动态，做好产品市场基础调研工作，密切关注平台活动，结合各方面资源，制定合理的推广营销方案；

5. 推广数据/转化率分析，店铺整体推广效果跟踪，定期调整运营方案及手段，做出优化；

6. 各类售后问题处理，保持店铺好评率及良好的信用度；

7. 做好店内粉丝营销，联系网红进行推广;

8. 及时完成上级交代的各项工作，及各业务相关部门的沟通和协调。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，英语四级或以上；欢迎应届优秀毕业生。

2、1年以上Aliexpress平台的运营，销售工作经验；

3、工作积极主动，责任心强，抗压性高，沟通能力强，有创新精神，态度认真负责，有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；工作有条理性，能承受压力，有开拓创新精神；

4、熟悉计算机操作,有较强的信息获取能力；有photoshop 基础者优先；

5.了解平台运营费用，能熟练掌控运营成和和销售利润，能熟练使用直通车、平台活动、粉丝营销及速卖通上的各项运营方法者优先。

6、对电子商务有较大兴趣，对工作自信、积极，具备市场分析能力，工作主动性强，学习能力强；
