改变世界，触手可及！我们的领导力项目本着“我们为您提供帮助”的信念和坚持传递SEEE价值（安全，环保，节能和高效）的热情，通过罗克韦尔人力资源平台，致力于培养罗克韦尔自动化（RA）中国的下一代领导者。该计划将广纳具有精益制造经验和领导潜力的人才，通过积累多样化的行业经验及跨部门的业务见识，建立快速响应市场变化和应对世界级挑战的能力。18到24个月的发展计划将涵盖多种项目任务和跨部门轮岗机会，以确保获取真实情境下的商务和互联企业（TCE）咨询经验。该项目毕业生将直接获任TCE顾问的职务，并在RA中国拥有广泛的职业发展机会。

 

Program Overview

The Program is composed of below Parts:

该项目将由以下几个部分组成：

1. Participate in various training/workshops, including: 

    参与到各类培训项目中，包括：

- Asia Pacific trainee onboarding trainings to learn our business and culture, know our products & solutions, get familiar with multiple business functions

亚太培训生入职培训，以了解我们的业务和文化，产品和解决方案，熟悉多种业务功能

- Participate in various leadership development programs / workshops focused on systematic thinking, communications and presentations, accurate self-awareness and assessment, leadership styles and competencies

参加多种领导力发展项目/研讨会，关注系统思考、沟通和演讲等能力，以及准确的自我意识和评估，发展领导风格和能力

- Smart manufacturing and lean manufacturing consulting training modules

智能制造和精益制造咨询培训模块

- Industry and innovative application trainings

行业和创新应用培训

2. Assume Cross-function Rotation & Assignments including:

- TCE/Smart Manufacturing consulting projects: Participate in assigned TCE/Smart Manufacturing consulting projects in both pre-sales and delivery processes under the supervision of project manager, and apply smart manufacturing and lean manufacturing methodologies in different project modules. 

TCE /智能制造咨询项目：在项目经理的指导下，参与售前和交付过程中指定的TCE /智能制造咨询项目，并在不同的项目模块中实践应用智能制造和精益制造方法。

- Cross functional assignments: Work with cross-function teams to get familiarized with the major industries and customer types RA serves in China so to maximize the business output, and learn to collaborate with both internal key stakeholders and external partners to deliver the expected results. 

跨部门任务：与跨部门团队合作以熟悉RA在中国服务的主要行业和客户类型，从而***化提高业务产出，并学会与内部主要利益相关者和外部合作伙伴合作以达到预期目标。

- Internal productivity improvement projects: Work with function sponsors to explore continuous improvement opportunities within the functions and take lead on the identified projects to improve productivity. 

内部生产力改善项目：与部门发起人合作，寻找职能部门内的持续改进机会，并牵头开展已确定的项目以提高生产力。

3. Build Mentorship with experienced TCE experts to:

- Learn extensive RA knowledge and best practice in professional area

从更宽泛角度了解RA以及专业领域的典范实践

- Gain career development sharing/guidance and broad leadership experiences

获取职业发展上的建议和指导，以及领导力经验的分享

- Ensure most smooth culture assimilation and quickly speed up to full potential 

确保文化融合无缝衔接，在最短的时间内发挥无限潜力

 

Requirements:

- Good Communication Skills

- Strong Systematic Thinking and Continuous Improvement Skills

- Cross-function Collaboration Skills

- Good English language proficiency in both written and spoken English

- Lean Manufacturing Knowledge & Methodologies

- Fundamental Business Knowledge

- Basic understanding of industrial automation and information technologies

- Bachelor or Master in Science and Engineering related discipline preferred, including but not limited to: IE, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control Theory, Computer Science, etc 

- Approximately 2-5 years Lean Project Experience in manufacturing environment preferably in Auto, LS, CPG

- Possessed successful track record on lean manufacturing positions, or continuous improvements projects
