1. 熟悉管理处各项管理制度、收费标准及其构成等程序文件；

2. 负责大厦楼层、公共设施及环境的巡查/报修/跟进/复查工作，并填写物业巡查报告。

3. 熟悉大厦客户的基本情况，包括但不限于客户公司、楼层、业态、日常联系信息，以及客户的特别情况；

4. 负责记录租户及其所属人员投诉、咨询等事项，填写工作单，及时传递工作单，并跟进工单完成情况。

5. 负责租户进场、二次装修、日常有偿业务、退场手续等流程跟进；

6. 负责派发大厦的通告，及时告知业户大厦最新动态；

7. 负责维护客户关系，投诉跟进及处理、解答客户咨询或疑问，应急事件处理，及时进行回访；

8. 完成上级主管分派的其它工作。

岗位要求：

1. 具有良好的服务意识和沟通能力，性格开朗、举止大方；

2. 中专或以上学历，物业管理、酒店管理或旅游管理优先；

3. 具有2-3年以上物业管理相同岗位工作经验，接受过相关的礼仪培训者，或物业管理及酒店管理经验者，可优先考虑。
