POSITION TITLE: Product Supervisor

Department: Ormco

Based in: Shanghai-Changning

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

？ Work with product manager to develop and implement a consistent and integrated product and marketing plans for defined product line to meet established sales targets based on product management, including marketing activities, product promotion, advertising and KOL development etc.

？ Develop sales tools and marketing communication materials such as implant product presentation, features& benefits and competitive comparison for the sales team. Provide advanced product training to internal sales, dealers and external customers, especially for junior specialist.

？ Support to provide customer seminar and workshop. Execute the product/solution campaign and develop the local campaign to push the sales volume. Liaise with sales and marketing communication to design product campaign appropriate for the target audience

？ Monitor closely the product sales performance record, provide analysis & action plan on product line optimization. Compare sales vs forecasts and identify sales performance improvement area.

？ Track and analyze dynamic business opportunities and risks, promote competitor survey and make market analysis to continuously understand industry and competitor

？ Other tasks or projects assigned by line manager

Education, experience and Skill

Bachelor degree or higher, medical degree is preferred

Minimum of 5 years work experience, including at least 3 year in marketing, clinical education or sales experience in medical industry. (medical high-value consumable experience is preferred)

Demonstrated commercial acumen to help with market/product/customer strategy as well as selling skills

Proficient in written and spoken English is a must

Frequent travel (>25%) is required.
