职位描述

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Supply Chain Management (SCM):

  • Responsible for managing the interfaces with the 3rd party warehouse service provider or logistic service providers to manage country distribution.
  • Manage import/export including custom documents and liaison with custom officers/agencies for any inbound shipment issue; responsible for in country transportation as well as processing transactions in ERP system
  • Inventory management e.g. allocation of stocks in case of shortages, monitoring of product shelf-life, disposal, coordination of physical stock counts, stock transfer, and returns.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (Service Level Agreements) and publish inventory reports for internal and corporate use, ensure regular reporting to Ascensia Corporate Headquarters.
  • Provide leadership, technical knowledge and expertise to project teams on launches, product changes, rework / promotional activities or process improvements. Ensure new products, packaging changes, and promotions are planned for and aligned with Global Supply Chain as well as coordinated at the local and/or regional Distribution Center.
  • Review existing supply chain processes, systems, procedures & policies to improve customer service and gain both operational and cost efficiencies.
  • Responsible for monthly inventory accuracy, inventory reconciliation if any and annual inventory country for DCs in China, Taiwan and Hong Kong

Order Fulfilment Management (OFM):

  • Proactively manage all local order-to-cash processes related to order entry, order fulfioment and tracking. Answer order-related questions from internal and external customers in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with Commercial, Finance and 3PL Service Provider for bi-weekly and monthly billing of consignment orders in Taiwan and Hong Kong accurately and on time in capturing monthly sales revenue
  • Manage invoicing and good returns as well as commercial disputes. Work closely with finance and accounting to help resolve any order-related burning issues.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and generate reports for internal and corporate use, ensure regular reporting to Corporate team as per agreed deadline
  • Complete all internal control reports in monthly basic accurately and in a timely manner
  • Assume responsibility for identification and implementation of continuous improvement of the local order-to-cash process, based on defined KPIs. Participation in regional/global process improvement initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education & Experience – you hold a degree in business administration, order management, supply chain or equivalent. At least 3-5 years of experience in order to cash or supply chain functions, prefer those from medical device or pharmaceutical industry
  • Expertise – you demonstrate excellent understanding of supply chain and order fulfillment processes and functions – Order to Cash (O2C), Logistics, Inventory and Distribution Management
  • Subject Matter Expert – you have excellent understanding of China import and export requirements for medical device and/or pharmaceutical products & able to deal with custom officers/agencies professionally for document discrepancy & any inbound shipment issue
  • Customer Focus – you are customer centric and have business acumen. Someone willing to take on responsibilities and ability to respond to ad-hoc and urgent demand on timely and professionally in resolving customer’s order issue
  • Communication Skills – you are able to communicate efficiently both in English and Chinese (oral and written) with various stakeholders confidently. Able to inspire trust and quickly build rapport with various cross function team members through proficient interpersonal skills
  • Problem Solving – you are someone resourceful, with excellent problem resolution capability, possess the ability to gather and analyze information skillfully, visualizing the result and develop alternative solutions.
  • IT & Computer Proficiency – you are proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and possess good working experience & knowledge in ERP and CRM systems.
  • Adaptability – you are able to adapt to change in a highly dynamic, face-paced and ambiguous environments while prioritizing workload efficiently and meet deadlines; proven ability to work independently and consistently meet deliverables in a self-directed manner with minimal supervision
  • Forward Thinking – you tackle tasks with confidence, particularly during times of increased pressure, remain open to others' ideas and exhibit willingness to try new things.
