We are currently seeking an E-Commerce Operation Specialist who will report to a Senior National Sales Channel Development Manager in Kering Eyewear China.

Your opportunity

The potential candidate will capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.

How you will contribute

1. E-commerce Data Analysis

a)? As a key person to collect all sell out data from different E-commerce channels. Multi-dimension analysis to provide regular daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports.

b)? Provide Assortment/Visual Design/inventory management proposal for different EC channel based on retail data analysis and consumer feedback.

c)? Monitor total E-commerce environment about price/ authorization/ parallel/ counterfeit products/ competitor activity. Provide regular report and handle the special case.

2. E-commerce Internal Communication

a)? As the key contact person to communicate with cross function with FIN/MKT/LOGISTICS on EC request and problem solving

b)? As the key contact person to organize regular EC cross-function meeting.

3. HQ and Field Communication

a)? As the key contact person between HQ Sales and Filed Sales, to solve offline customer’s problem or request about EC channel.

b)? Share online data and analysis with sales team about the hero product/ effective promotion mechanism and others.

Who you are

  • At least 3 years working experience.
  • Good at data analysis with strong Excel and PPT skill.
  • E-Commerce experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skill is a plus.
  • Strong commercial attitude and result-oriented mindset;
  • Fast-learning and enthusiast team player
