In this role, you have the opportunity to  

• Support organization to achieve business excellence by developing people, improving lean maturity and building up C.I culture.

 

You are responsible for

• Train and develop people on lean tools, improve lean maturity, and build up CI culture to help achieve business excellence.

• Manage relationship with lean maturity assessment auditor, CI, GC BT and BT teams and other site lean leaders.

• Train/support to train and deploy lean 15 pillars (43 categories) as per Philips lean phase requirements and methodology.

• Monitor kaizen project to ensure result and finish on time, hold Kaizen Day activity to sharing best kaizen practice within site and out of site

• Join daily DM meeting to track lean deployment KPI and countermeasure for failed target.

• Regularly coordinate/participate office, production line and warehouse 6S inspection and ensure PDCA in 6S deployment to achieve world class 6S standard.

• Regular update lean deployment activities and share result with stakeholders by proactive internal and external communication

• Continuously improve site scope working processes to help achieve site KPI target

• Regularly coordinate/participate VSM workshop to find improvement opportunity and engage in all functions in the site

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Bachelor degrees or above, in Management, Operations, or Engineering.

• More than 5 years’ working experiences in lean deployment.

• Understanding of continuous improvement, 5S & TPS (Toyota Production System)

• Experience in Low Volume High Mix manufacturing environment is preferred

• Competences/Skills:

• Interpersonal communication skill

• Smooth English communication skills

• Multi culture competency

• Can work under pressure
