This exciting role offers opportunity to:
? This position is responsible for providing analysis on CSPC manufacturing and costing control, maintain cost structure for project base, provide proposal on cost optimization, CI improvement.
? Work closely with commercial team on project cost analysis, timely review project cost, provide proposal on cost optimization.
? Maintain SAP cost structure, check and analysis cost variance on project base.
? Coordinate with plant operation team on costing analysis and report standardization.
? Lead annually standard cost revaluation
? Support operation team on stock taking and control process, provide analysis report to plant management team to take improvement action.
? Support operation team on cost out project and CI improvement.
? Review and report the key variances on manufacturing, ensure the major cost variations are timely resolved.
? Support monthly closing, forecast, profit plan and strategic plan of PDR finance team.
? Support financial policy development, enhance standardized finance process in CSPC plant.

Requirement:
? Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting. Graduate degree desirable.
? Over 6 year’s experience with a preference for someone who has had cost analysis experience. Candidate must be versed in costing with good communication skills to deal with plant operation team. Familiar with ERP concepts and applications with operational or implementation experience. Experience in SAP is a plus. Must be proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word software.
