Job Description

Logistic Dept. :

1.Evaluate and implement the most cost effective logistics flow for the company.

2.Contact window to Paris office for logistic & test issues

3.Evaluating merchandise schedule & punctual shipment on time.

4.Wholesaler payment :

(1)Issuing payment notices of orders to wholesalers.

(2)Receiving TT payment from wholesalers, then process payment confirmation requested on Wholesale System; inform SZ China Trade Accounts, HK Stock Control Dept. Shipping & warehouse Dept. releasing shipment.

(3)Update recap of wholesale discount rate during new wholesaler or new discount rate.

(4)Wholesale billing and receiving weekly report.

5.Sales Return

(1)Getting approval from Merchandise Dept.

(2)Warehouse confirms quantity & quality of return products meet the standard of defects.

(3)Issue 退货收讫证明书 to SZ China Trade Accounts Dept. For company stamp, then send to wholesaler.

(4)Issue Sales Return on wholesale system and e-mail to HK Stock Control Dept.

(5)After SZ China Trade Accounts Dept. confirm to receive 开具红字增值税专用发票信息表 from wholesalers, and then process payment confirmation on wholesale system.

6.Friends Family sale

Importing and exporting exhibits to China, e-mail to retail shop to remind OP to keep quality In good condition.

7.Handling and dealing with 工商局 ＆ 打假人 event

8.Providing related information or doc requirement, when company would like to import any new Category. Ex. Beauty and cosmetics.

9.Logistics cost & project P&L analysis.

10.Responsible for departmental budget for each fiscal year.

11.Participate in personnel development at all levels though talent acquisition, performance management, providing opportunity for high performers, education, communication, expectation setting.

Shanghai Warehouse Dept. :

1.Standard Operating Procedure, particular for digital business of retail.

2.Manpower arrangement, performance of execution, particular.

3.Searching warehouse of gas products is based on China law and expense concern.

4.Cooperate with the online work of TMALL.

Job Requirements

1.At least 5 years working experience in logistics and warehouse / supply chain.

2.Bachelor’s degree in logistics or relevant experience.

3.Anticipate technical details relating to international transportation, such as customs regulations and any necessary documentation.

4.Experience with MS Office Applications, including knowledge of Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

5.Ability to write, speech, and present effectively and persuasively at all levels.

6.A passionate and high-energy leader, who possesses diplomacy and cooperative style necessary to positively influence others.

7.Hands-on team leadership skill in motivating and developing individuals and teams.

8.Strong organizational skill with the ability to manage both strategic and tactical responsibilities.

9.Evidence of customer-focused, both internal and external, and result-oriented management style.

10.Extensive knowledge of operations management including previous experience working with complex procurement, production, and logistics as well as a thorough understanding of leading practices.

11.Excellent analytical and problem solving skills in developing, implementing, and assessing key metrics and process indicators for effective team and materials program management.
