Recommend sales forecast units for perfect merchandising portfolio to maximum sales and mitigate sales risk by cooperate with MKT Category/MD and based on historical records, analyze estimates units of proposed campaign merchandising offers to objectively evaluate the offers’ effectiveness, and develop and refine methods and processes to link source of sales of latest updated

1 Closely cooperate with MKTG Category/MD on sales forecast to work out the perfect merchandising portfolio to ensure sales achievement / gross margin achievement, then deliver plan units to supply chain and work with supply planning team to fulfill all demand units. 

2 Rolling reviews sales trend, sales history related data and modifies original estimating units to secure a more realistic and accurate figure to cover campaign needs, then provide updated trend to management for sales review to ensure sales achievement. 

3 To improve the demand forecast accuracy rate of business plan through enhancing the analytical capability in terms of new process design applying the statistical methods, enabling IT system and developing talents. 

 4 Process coordinator for S&OP demand review 

    - Responsible for coordinating all the information required for the meeting.

    - Lead of the Pre-Work meeting and responsible for analyzing, with the rest of the participants, all the information and proposing a roadmap for the discussions during the actual meeting 

    - Responsible for facilitating the meeting, including time management, capturing meeting minutes, and driving proper meeting behaviors
