1、对园区暖通、给排水系统运行工况负责，保障暖通系统、工艺设备、给排水系统、直饮水系统、压缩空气系统、真空系统设施设备完好、正常运行；

2、负责监督暖通、给排水设施设备维保工作，推动各系统维保工作的落实与执行； 

3、负责园区内有关暖通系统、给排水系统、优化评估工作，提供整改方案、改进建议，保障各系统有效正常运行；

4、制定暖通各系统的操作作业指导书、体系表单、各类应急预案，并对相关技术类人员进行作业培训；

5、对园区暖通各系统的运行特性和风险负责，制定相应的管理措施，满足业务要求；

6、负责解决暖通系统运行中遇到的技术问题，对故障进行分析，制定有效改善及优化措施；

7、对设施运行团队、维保团队提供暖通专业技术支持。协助小型整改团队制定改造方案并对方案进行审定；

8、完成上级临时指定的其他工作。

任职要求

1、全日制本科学历，制冷、暖通等相关专业； 

2、5年以上本专业岗位工作经验，有3年以上外企大型暖通系统运行管控相关工作经验优先，熟悉HVAC各专业及系统设备原理及常见故障处理；

3、具备系统分析、小型工程整改方案制定、设计、预算、施工管理能力；具备空调系统运行能耗分析及优化运行能力；

4、熟练使用CAD及常用办公软件；抗压能力强、沟通逻辑清晰;有一定的报告书写能力。
