Responsibilities：

1. Creation of detailed, mid-range account strategies in agreement with the customer.

2. Build-up and management of account and project teams, including operational management of specialists engaged on customer projects.

3. Planning of activities necessary to achieve sales objectives.

4. Identify and win projects based on excellent automation competence.

5. International cooperation.

6. Achieve development milestones with designated customers.

7. Ensure satisfactory levels of customer satisfaction with designated customers.

8. Effective performance of sales meetings with customers to identify needs and gain customer acceptance of Festo product and solutions.

9. Development of necessary levels of knowledge regarding decision makers, decision making processes and requirements of customers to be able to win respect and gain influence at highest management levels.

Requirements：

1. 5years of relevant business experience necessary.

2. Fluent in English

3. IT skills such as CRM Tools, MS Office

4. Strong in client management.

5. Basic knowledge in the industry segment area in which his Key Account is dedicated

6. Capable to sell technical solutions and to discuss about benefits of the solutions is a plus.

7. A strong industry experience is must as background, if could be related to the products of Festo, is a plus.

8. Must be able to detect opportunities and co-work with the engineers in finding the best solution.

9. Ability to work out the basic technical concept in cooperation with the customer.

10. Has project management skills in order to drive projects with the customer, coordinate the project team and acting as the interface to the customer, is a plus
