Please notice that this role will be a contractor role but it is an at least 3 years contract with the same benefit as all employees.
The Marketing Analyst is in charge of providing comprehensive analysis which relevant to Faurecia Business through market studies such as customers, new business, technologies, competitors and key players. He/She develops and maintains Marketing Information Systems market database which contains key data on application, acquisition and market shares, and can conduct independent and in-depth research on the business which interresed to the company.
The main missions of the role are:
- Support the China Marketing Manager to build up maintain industrial databases and organise future activities needed, market information/data (Chinese&English) draft and collection
- System database maintenance and routine reports preparation, like auto industry, key account information and potential players
- Support marketing activities, e.g. newsletter, data analysis, reporting
- knowledge consolidation from identified resources/website to support the development of the intelligence activities
- Foster close working relationship with CBUs and external resources (e.g. IHS/LMC), and conduct studies on OEM’s strategy/roadmap profile to define the key business opportunities for both core business/New business development
- Organize and conduct competitive intelligence process and deliver the result: identify, collect, relay, archive information related to competitors (automotive flash and main press), and maintain competition landscape to better understand strategies, products and alliances...
- Follow the current and the future market shares (by product, customers…) for Faurecia and competitors
Market research and analysis with specific topics: product, customer, technologies, competitors, etc. Identify relevant information, conduct the required analysis (quantitative, qualitative) and present the results/recommendations in a business decision oriented format
- 1-3 years of work experience in marketing intelligence in foreign multinational
The ability to handle multi projects simultaneously, effective time management
