Responsibilities

 

PS Equipment and Tools Management

Responsible for the overall management of PS equipment and tools, closely cooperate with internal depts to complete the daily operation and maintenance work

Responsible for the vendor management of PS equipment and tools, incl. contract processing, placing order, payment processing

PS Data Analysis Support

Provide regular report of eye exam and optical business performance

Provide data analysis report for projects as required

PS Team Daily Operation Support

Optometrist conference and related events management

Office administration work support as necessary

Other daily operation support as required

Requirements

-Minimum 3 years working experience of team support, retail industry preferred

-Proficient at data analysis and good PC skill

-Proficient at oral and written English and Chinese

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

-Collaboration and team spirit

-Results and performance driven

-Self-awareness and adaptability
