Goals/Mission:
- Providing technical services efficiently and effectively with high quality and high customer satisfaction
Tasks:
1. Fulfill the service jobs with high quality while taking into account of the economic aspects and upmost customer satisfaction with professional customer approaching
2. Complete all the service tasks of his modalities up to B class
3. Willing to do multi-modality services up to A class with proper escalation according to the escalation process
4. Follow company regulations strictly
5. Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills via training including E-learning and refreshing experience and knowledge
6. Provide necessary technical support to Healthcare internal customers(CS sales,product sales, project Manager and etc.)
Education:
- College or above
Knowledge/Languages:
- Passed basic and system training
- Good in communication & customer focus, high level skill in communication.
- Fluent English on read and write
Experience:
- 3-5 years medical service experience for imaging system
- Hospital engineer or other medical company.
